Founded in 2011 by Tom Coclet and Marc Van Eyck, Iced Gold quickly seduced an audience that is fan of Coldplay, Keane, Radiohead, Puggy, Pink** and Selena Gomez**.

 

After having studied the classical piano for twelve years, Tom Coclet started writing songs that are efficient, up tempo, direct, bewitching and always very intimate and personal.

 

After playing rock 'n' roll for decennia, Marc Van Eyck used all his know-how to serve his nephew's compositions.

 

They are then joined by bassist Sidney Custers (Sid for close friends), hereby joining the big tradition af the power trios. This formation will often (but not always) be joined by an audacious laptop to enhance the newly-made arrangements. 

 

Simon Jossa will replace Sidney as a bassist. Then, thanks to violinist/ singer Astrid Buol and guitarist/ beatboxer Camille Poupet (aka K1000), who join the band respectively in the end of 2013 and at the beginning of 2014, ICED GOLD finally is complete.
